Q: How soon should I book my trial?
A: We can schedule your trial anytime up to a month before your big day. Some brides like to trial a year to 6 months before the big day and others like to trial up to 3 months before. It's up to you how soon you want to see the look you've been envisioning!
Q: Do you travel?
A: Yes! We love to travel! All over Florida and beyond. Travel fees apply for all pre-event makeup and hair appointments as well as day-of appointments. Send us an email for more information!
Q: How many artists will be assigned for my bridal party?
A: This all depends on your bridal party size and the timing allowed for hair and makeup services. Most of the time for bridal parties of 6 or more, you’ll have 2 makeup artists and 2 hair artists. If it’s necessary, you can have up to 3 makeup artists and 3 hair artists. You'll always receive a detailed schedule with all the details for a necessary for a smooth flowing day of glam!
Q: What if one of my bridesmaids decides on not doing hair and makeup on the wedding day?
A: All services that are signed for on the bridal contract are to be paid unless the services are canceled up to 60 days before the event day.
Q: Can I add people on the wedding day to receive hair and makeup services?
A: We can add services on the wedding day only if timing allows. Any add-ons should be discussed ahead of time. We will serve those on the official schedule first.
Q: Should my hair be dirty or clean before styling?
A: Your hair should be clean, product-free, and fully dry before styling. This goes for everyone in the bridal party as well.
Q: How can I prep my skin before the big day?
A: During the months leading up to your big day, you should be exfoliating your skin at least once a week, moisturizing every day, facials are great, but don’t get your facial done any less than 30 days before your big day! Give your skin time to heal. And most importantly, drink a lot of water. 3 liters of water a day is what’s recommended for naturally glowing, radiant skin!
Q: How long will each service take on the wedding day?
A: We always schedule 1 hour for each person in the bridal party and 1.5 hours for our brides. This may change if the client requires more time and will be discussed before creating a schedule for the big day.
Q: What if we have to cancel after our deposit is paid and/or our contract is signed?
A: If you have to cancel for any reason after your deposit is paid, you won’t receive a refund. Deposits are non-refundable and non transferable. If you need to cancel after you’ve turned in your signed contract, the cancelation must be made at least 30 days before the wedding date. If the cancelation is made within 30 days of the wedding date, the bride is responsible for the total balance signed for on the contract.
Q: Can anyone in my bridal party have a trial?
A: Trials are usually for brides to try on their looks for the big day, but many times other bridal party members want in on the action and we can make it happen. Email us for more information.
Q: How should I tip my artists?
A: Tips are never expected, but are always appreciated! Most of our clients usually tip between 15%-25%. Tip can be paid on your final balance invoice or in cash, in person.
